Relastin products can be purchased online (order now) or by phone at (800) 882-1695.
Payment Method
We accept credit cards and debit cards only: American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept check or money orders at this time.

If you can't find an answer please contact our Customer Service Department by calling (800) 808-2624 or sending an email to customer-service@relastin.com. All product inquiries and returns are also handled through our Customer Service Department.

Changing an Order
Unfortunately, online and phone orders cannot be modified or canceled after submission. If you need to modify your order, please contact our Customer Service Specialist by calling (800) 808-2624.

$8.95 flat rate per order (5-7 business days)
$15.00 additional for rush shipping (1-2 business days)
International Shipping Rates (including Canada and Mexico)

What is the Preferred Customer Program?
Avoid the hassle of re-ordering Relastin. With our Preferred Customer Program, we'll automatically bill and ship Relastin to you every 45 days so you never run out! You may opt into this program by checking yes on our shopping cart page (applied when you purchase product at full price).
Free trial customers who do not cancel their trial within 30 days are automatically enrolled in our this program and receive 29% off the retail cost of Relastin.
