The Relastin Guarantee Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied, return your product within 30 days for a full refund.
The Relastin Guarantee Return Policy is good for first-time customers only. Refunds cannot be granted on any purchases that include a free product or for subsequent shipments in the Preferred Customer Program.
It's simple: If you're not satisfied with any Relastin product for any reason, just return the unused portion and receive a refund. First, call our Customer Service department at (800) 808-2624 to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30 days of the date on your packing slip. Make sure to put this RMA number on the return form that was included with your product. After we issue your RMA number, you have up to 10 days to return the unused product to Relastin for your refund.
Shipping and handling can't be refunded and the shipping costs of return packages to Relastin are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is refused upon delivery, a 20% re-stocking fee on the purchase price of the items will be applied to all refused packages.

Gift Cards
Gift cards from Relastin can only be used towards future purchases at www.relastin.com and are not redeemable for cash.
The Relastin Trio
Purchase one Skin Revitalizer and one Ultra Emollient at full retail value ($168, plus shipping and handling), and receive an Eye Silk for free ($69 value). Products are all full retail size, no refunds are accepted for purchases within this offer. This offer is for a limited time only and can be changed or canceled by Revance Therapeutics, Inc. at any time.
Preferred Customer Program
You will be billed for an initial product purchase, offered on an introductory trial basis. (see offer page or call customer service for current pricing, terms and conditions). Shipping and handling is free. Customers have 30 days to evaluate the product. If you're unsatisfied with your product for any reason, just call Customer Service at (800) 808-2624 within 30 days of the ship date on the packing slip to avoid enrollment in our Preferred Customer Program, which begins on Day 31.
If you love the product, you don't have to do a thing. You'll become part of our Preferred Customer Program! Preferred Customer Program members receive Relastin at $20 off the full retail price per shipment, and receive Relastin automatically at the frequency set at their time of purchase (offer terms may vary, for questions call customer service at (800) 808-2624). A flat fee of $8.95 shipping will be applied per order. Customers may call and cancel their continuity subscription at any time to avoid future billing and shipment of product. Any product shipped and billed after the 30 day trial period can't be returned. If a package is refused upon delivery, only future shipments will be discontinued and a 20% re-stocking fee on the purchase price of the items will be applied to all refused packages. Cancellation requests are handled through our Customer Service Department ONLY by calling (800) 808-2624 or by email at customer-service@relastin.com.

“Teenage Confessions” Campaign giveaway
HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on August 16, 2010 Relastin will begin the "Teenage Confessions” campaign. On September 13, 2010 Relastin will announce the selected winner via email. The winner will receive a bottle of Relastin Eye Silk.
GENERAL: No purchase necessary. Revance Therapeutics and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents ("Sponsor and its agents") and the immediate family members and those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
Limit one entry per person. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered at time of entry. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for undelivered, lost, late, misdirected, garbled, illegible, incomplete entries or for technical problems related to, or limiting the ability of an individual to participate in the giveaway. If for any reason the online portion of the give away is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the online portion of the give away, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel or terminate the online portion of the give away and select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation or termination. All entries become the Sponsor's property and will not be returned.
No prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed.
